Fresh raw materials, original recipes and delicated presentations. This is the Bar Plaza formula, the new restaurant on the Mercer Plaza Sevilla ground floor. A bright and diaphanous space -presided by the art of the expressionist artist Agustí Puig- in which to enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner.
Bar Plaza's proposals are based on national products, such as Iberian ham, Payoyo cheese, anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, tomatoes from Los Palacios, sirloin or Galician blonde beef tenderloin. These selected ingredients are combined with exotic touches such as sweet spicy sauce or teriyaki sauce, orange couscous or keffir lime leaves, resulting in creations of contrasts and flavours, without forgetting its striking desserts such as forbidden apple or chocolate cloud.
